What is your cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel your booking, you must cancel within 72 hours to receive a full refund. If a host cancels your booking, you will receive a full refund.
Do you provide instructions for accessing each space?
We will send a confirmation email with instructions on how to enter the space, along with any other necessary details (e.g. lockbox code) after you book a space.
Can I bring my own equipment?
Yes. You may bring equipment if it can fit in a bag.
Can I arrive early to a space to set up for my session?
We kindly ask that you do not arrive any earlier than 15 mins before your session begins and please allocate no more than 15 mins to clean up and exit the space.
